Embraline operates as an international ecommerce retailer.

Products ordered from embraline.com are fulfilled and shipped directly from China by a third party supplier or logistics provider.

The fulfillment supplier assists with order fulfillment and delivery. Emeseven Marketing LLC remains the operator of the store and contracting seller to the customer.

Intellectual property

Original content, branding, text, graphics and other materials owned by Emeseven Marketing LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The appearance of third party trademarks, service marks, software or other protected materials does not transfer ownership of those rights to Emeseven Marketing LLC.

United Kingdom consumers

United Kingdom consumers retain applicable statutory protections, including relevant rights under consumer legislation governing distance contracts and nonconforming goods.

The choice of Wyoming law in Embraline's Terms of Service does not remove mandatory protections that applicable UK law gives to a UK consumer.

Australian consumers

Nothing published by Embraline excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees can apply to overseas businesses that directly offer goods to Australian consumers. ACCC

Canadian consumers

Canadian customers retain applicable rights under federal, provincial and territorial consumer protection legislation that cannot legally be waived by contract.

United States consumers

United States customers retain applicable rights under federal and state consumer protection laws.

Online dispute resolution

Embraline currently sells to the United States, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom and does not list European Union member states among the markets covered by these store policies.

Governing law

To the extent legally permitted, the operation of embraline.com and contractual relations with Emeseven Marketing LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Courts having jurisdiction in Wyoming may hear disputes subject to applicable jurisdictional rules.

This provision does not deprive consumers in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada or the United States of mandatory rights, remedies, consumer protections or access to a forum that applicable law does not permit them to waive.
